Kemie’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of family and criminal law. Prior to starting her practice, she worked as an Assistant Attorney General prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases. She received her law degree from the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland and her undergraduate degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice law before all Florida state courts, the United States District Court Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court Southern District of Florida, and in the District of Columbia.
